I get asked all the time, “How do you run a business with kids? How do you balance everything? How do you find the time?”
The truth is — I don’t do it alone.
TriLuxe is not built on one woman’s shoulders.
It is built on the strength, grit, compassion, and creativity of an incredible group of women who show up every day with big hearts, big dreams, and a willingness to try.
This business was never meant to be a one-woman show.
It was always meant to be a collective — a team of women building something meaningful together.
And today, I want to celebrate them.
Women Who Lead With Heart
Leadership looks different here.
It doesn’t look like hierarchy, ego, or titles.
It looks like collaboration, conversation, transparency, and trust.
The women behind TriLuxe aren’t waiting for permission — they’re leading with initiative, vision, and purpose.
They see problems and solve them.
They show up early and stay late.
They take ownership, not because they’re obligated, but because they care.
They don’t just work at TriLuxe — they help shape it.
Mothers, Nurses, Partners, Friends — All at Once
One thing I love most about this team is that they are whole humans outside of their work.
They are moms with car seats in their SUVs and little voices calling for them when they get home.
They’re partners, daughters, friends, caretakers, and sometimes full-time emotional support systems for everyone around them.
And still — they walk into homes, onto treatments, into meetings with steady hands and compassionate hearts.
Motherhood doesn’t make them less capable — it has made them more resilient, more resourceful, and more connected to humanity.
Their ability to balance work, family, and identity is not just impressive —
it’s heroic.
We Are Building Careers, Not Just Job Titles
TriLuxe isn’t a stop on the way to something better.
It is something better.
We are creating meaningful work — work that values:

There is pride in building something from nothing.
There is purpose in showing our kids what strong women can do.
The women of TriLuxe are not fearless —
but they are fearlessly committed.
And that matters more.

What sets this team apart is not the skill (though they have plenty of it).
It’s the heart.
They believe in:

You can’t teach that.

It looks like:
Texting at midnight about an idea
Laughing at ourselves when plans fail
Sharing snacks in the office
Babies at work events
Encouraging each other through personal shit
Getting the work done, even when we’re exhausted
It looks like grace and grit braided together.
It looks like leadership that doesn’t require intimidation.
It looks like women supporting women in the real world — not just on Pinterest boards.
And it’s beautiful.
