1. General Policy
TriLuxe Health LLC provides private-pay healthcare and wellness services. Due to the medical nature of our services and the individualized preparation required for each appointment, all sales are generally considered final.
By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Medical Services – No Refunds
All clinical services are non-refundable once rendered, including but not limited to:

IV hydration therapy

Intramuscular vitamin injections
-
Aesthetic treatments (neuromodulators, fillers, etc.)
-
Nursing visits
-
Concierge medical services
-
Wellness treatments
This policy applies regardless of treatment outcome, as results vary between individuals.
3. Prepaid Services
If a service is prepaid:

The payment reserves provider time and medical resources.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Unused prepaid services may be eligible for rescheduling but not cash refunds.
4. Membership Fees
Membership payments are non-refundable once billed.
Membership benefits:

Are valid only during the active billing period
-
Do not carry cash value
-
Are non-transferable
Cancellation of a membership stops future billing but does not result in refunds for prior charges.
5. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may incur fees.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

Forfeiture of deposits

Charges up to the full service amount
These fees compensate for reserved provider time and preparation costs.
6. Mobile Service Fees
For mobile or concierge visits:

Travel fees are non-refundable once the provider has been dispatched.

If a client cancels after the provider is en route, travel charges will still apply.
7. Products & Medical Supplies
Due to health and safety regulations:

Medical products, injectables, and supplies cannot be returned or refunded once opened or prepared.
This includes:

IV medications
-
Injectable vitamins
-
Aesthetic products
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances at the sole discretion of TriLuxe Health, such as:

Duplicate payments
-
Billing errors
-
Services canceled by TriLuxe Health before delivery
Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.
9. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting TriLuxe Health to resolve concerns may result in:

Suspension of services
-
Collection actions
-
Documentation submission to the payment processor
We encourage clients to contact us directly for resolution.
10. Results Disclaimer
TriLuxe Health does not guarantee specific medical or aesthetic outcomes. Lack of desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
11. Policy Updates
TriLuxe Health reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date.
