Elite Care

For those who want elevated access, more in-home visits, and premium support—our most comprehensive plan.
 

What’s included:

  • Up to 6 comprehensive visits each year (in-office or telehealth)

  • Priority scheduling with same- or next-day appointments

  • 2 in-home visits per year (within service area)

  • 24/7 direct messaging access to your provider

  • Annual wellness & lifestyle planning session

  • Enhanced discounts on TriLuxe wellness services

Couples Savings: When you and your spouse both join, you’ll save $200 per year on each membership.

Membership Commitment: Our Primary Care Memberships are designed as a 12-month program, ensuring continuity of care and lasting health benefits. Members may pay the full annual rate upfront, or select monthly installments for added flexibility.
