1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, booking services, or receiving services from TriLuxe Health LLC (“TriLuxe Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

TriLuxe Health provides concierge wellness and healthcare services, which may include:

  • IV hydration therapy

  • Intramuscular vitamin injections

  • Aesthetic services (neuromodulators, fillers, etc.)

  • Private duty nursing services

  • Supportive care services

  • Wellness consultations

  • Mobile healthcare services

All services are provided by licensed medical professionals under medical supervision in accordance with state laws.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by TriLuxe Health are not a substitute for primary medical care or emergency treatment.

By using our services, you acknowledge:

  • You are voluntarily seeking elective wellness services.

  • You will seek emergency care by calling 911 in urgent situations.

  • TriLuxe Health does not guarantee medical outcomes.

  • Results from treatments vary by individual.

4. Eligibility for Services

Clients must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or have legal guardian consent).

  • Provide accurate medical history information.

  • Disclose all medications and conditions.

  • Follow provider instructions.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial of services.

5. Appointment Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through:

  • Online booking systems

  • Phone or text communication

  • Mobile app scheduling

Submission of a booking request does not guarantee appointment confirmation until approved by TriLuxe Health.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure availability for all clients:

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service fee.

TriLuxe Health reserves the right to deny future bookings for repeated no-shows.

7. Mobile Service Policies

For in-home or mobile visits:

  • Clients must provide a safe, sanitary environment.

  • Travel fees may apply based on distance.

  • Providers may refuse services if conditions are unsafe.

8. Payment Terms

All services are private pay.

We accept:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Electronic payments

Payment is due:

  • At time of booking OR

  • At time of service

TriLuxe Health does not bill insurance.

9. Membership Programs

If enrolled in membership programs:

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Benefits are valid only during active membership.

  • Membership fees are billed automatically.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Unused services do not carry cash value.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical services:

  • Services rendered are non-refundable.

  • Products and injectables cannot be returned.

  • Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances at our discretion.

11. Consent to Treatment

By receiving services, you agree:

  • You have signed all required consent forms.

  • You understand risks and benefits.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

TriLuxe Health shall not be liable for:

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
