Cancellation Policy
🌿 TriLuxe Health General Online Booking Policy At TriLuxe Health, we strive to make your booking process simple, seamless, and concierge-level. Please review the following policies prior to scheduling your appointment: 1. Appointment Requirements First-Time Clients: If you are booking IV therapy or vitamin injections for the first time, a brief complimentary telehealth visit with our Nurse Practitioner is required prior to your appointment. This ensures safety and personalized care. Returning clients do not need to repeat this telehealth visit unless there is a significant change in health status. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a service charge or loss of deposit. Repeated cancellations may affect future booking privileges. 3. Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of booking through our online system. All services are private pay and may not be reimbursed by insurance. Promotional pricing or discounts apply only during designated promotional periods and cannot be combined with other offers. 4. Arrival Expectations Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and promotional pricing (if applicable) may not be honored. 5. Health & Safety Clients must disclose all medical history, allergies, and medications prior to receiving treatment. TriLuxe Health reserves the right to decline or reschedule treatment if deemed medically inappropriate by our Nurse Practitioner or clinical staff.
