About Our Supportive Care Team
Our Supportive Care Team is the foundation of comfort and peace of mind for clients and families. While our Registered Nurses focus on clinical and medical needs, our Supportive Care professionals provide the extra layer of help that makes daily life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.
Members of the Supportive Care Team are trained, compassionate caregivers who specialize in non-medical assistance. They are the friendly, reliable presence who ensures that nothing is overlooked - from helping with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping, to offering companionship, transportation, and personal care support.
What can they do
Daily wellness check-ins and safety monitoring
Personal care support (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
Light meal prep, hydration support, and household tasks
Companionship and family reassurance
Transportation and appointment assistance
Medication reminders (non-administration)
Qualifications
To ensure the highest level of professionalism and trust, every member of our Supportive Care Team must:

Have prior medical experience

Successfully pass a background check

Complete a drug screen

Come from a healthcare background such as CNA, PCT, EMT, MA, or nursing student
